Wellness Bingo

Have fun and join the DTS community in focusing on Health and Wellness!

Below is a way for students to stay healthy over the break. Students can create a BINGO card to track the various ways they are choosing to stay healthy. Some classes will begin the BINGO card in Phys. Ed. this coming week and students will have the opportunity to continue completing it over the holidays with their families. Here is a copy of the BINGO card and activities students and families can participate in.

  • Snowshoeing

  • Skiing (Downhill or Cross-Country)

  • Hiking

Sports

- Any sport you play
