Grade 5 & 6 Updates

 Grade 5 students have recently been working on their own dance for the Dance Unit. 5-2 presented today and the dances were really fun and creative!

Grade 6 students have been working their way through 3 different units: Dance, 9 Square in the Air / Fitness or handball. Ask to see their dances or how to play 9 Square inn the Air!

Online Learning in PE

Grade 7-9 students have continued to be active during and after their PE classes. As a fun way to share what they are doing, some classes are putting together a Google Slide presentation full of pictures that show them being active. Grade 5-6 students started online learning this week and were given a link with many ideas to stay active over the next two weeks. They can also be active in an other way they can think of! They keep track of all their activities in their Activity Tracker. Welcome to Physical Education!

This year may look a little different, but we are still going to have a blast being active and playing games.  Below is the Course Outline that we discussed last week.          David Thompson          Physical Education     Students at David Thompson School will be participating in a variety of physical education activities.
