At the beginning of the Semester, students were given an Activity Tracker to keep track of how they are being healthy outside of school. Any type of physical activity counts (30 minutes or more). Next Monday, students are being asked to bring back the completed Activity Tracker for the month of February. This assignment relates directly towards their Outcome 3 mark ( Explores and applies strategies for leading a healthy, active life). The PE department wishes all students a happy and relaxing Spring Break. Take care of yourself and make sure to be active! Don't forget to keep track of your physical activity over the break.
